Administrative line (706) 256-0237 is for business inquiries: partnerships, press, training requests, donor coordination, and general non-crisis questions. When in doubt, the hotline always works.
Publishing the shelter address would compromise the safety of the victims inside. Many residents are actively avoiding people who would harm them. The location stays confidential by design. Hotline intake handles transportation to and from the shelter so people who need shelter still get there.
